What Have We Been Up To?

Liberating Forsyth

We have recently been in contact with a local trans woman who is fleeing abuse and are working to provide her with temporary housing while she gets on her feet. If you would like to support our work, please check out our Donation page!

Adopt A Road - Kelly Mill Road

We continue to work with Keep Forsyth County Beautiful to ensure the stretch of Kelly Mill Road between Bethelview and Post is kept litter-free.

Our Programs

Nourishing Forsyth: Education

Flourishing Forsyth: Sustainability Action

Liberating Forsyth: Mutual Aid

As of 2024, approximately 1 in 5 Americans is illiterate, meaning that many of the people in our communities are inherently under-served due to a lack of this vital skill. Because of this, we are working to make education more accessible. To do this, we aim to utilize means such as hosting classes, attending local town halls, and informational posts.

Liberating Forsyth: Mutual Aid

As capitalism progresses, we continue to see those around us struggling, especially those who are multiply marginalized. We are working to offer a program for individuals to request or provide mutual aid to their neighbors in solidarity of these difficult times. If you need help, please reach out and we will direct you to resources if we cannot provide them directly.

Most religions (and as a result, cultures) through our history have emphasized the importance of our role in environmental stewardship. As our culture has shifted into one that prioritizes individualism, we have seen a growing apathy towards providing this care. There can be no community without the land on which we celebrate, and as such, it is our duty to provide care for this land.
