Sustainability Action

Adopt-A-Road Program

The city of Forsyth hosts the nonprofit organization Keep Forsyth County Beautiful, which focuses on sustainability in Forsyth. Through their Adopt-A-Road program, we have adopted a 1.5 mile stretch of Kelly Mill Bridge Road and are responsible for keeping it clean.

We try to schedule a clean-up on the first Wednesday of March, Jun, September, and December, and you are welcome to join us! If you have any questions, please contact us!

Clean-Ups Conducted as of 6/4/2025: 3

COVID-19 Tests

Through a program offered by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, we have been able to acquire bulk COVID-19 tests and are distributing them to our local community for free. If you would like to request 1 or more tests, please contact us!

We are all busy adults, so thank you for your patience in test acquisition.

Tests Distributed as of 2/21/2025: 50
